Cocktail 1: Cognac Coconut Cooler
Notes: This cocktail will make you rethink cognac
Ingredients:
Bache Gabrielsen VS cognac – 1.5 oz
Coconut water – 2 oz
Sparkling water- 2 oz
Method:
1 | Build ingredients in ice filled highball glass
2 | Stir once to integrate
3 | Garnish with citrus slice
Cocktail 1: C&T Cognac & Tonic
Cocktail Inspiration: Ivy Mix
Notes: Just make it a double! One will not be enough!
Ingredients:
Pierre Ferrand Réserve Double Cask- 2 oz
Fever Tree Tonic Water – 4 oz
Garnish: Orange slice, lemon slice and Fresh rosemary
Method:
1 | Build ingredients in ice filled collins glass or large wine glass
2 | Stir once to integrate
3 | Garnish with citrus slice
Cocktail 3: Frognac
In this video we are trying Frognac with Hardy’s VSOP and Camus XO. Frognac is simply frozen cognac. Let your favorite bottle of cognac rest in the freezer or submerged in ice till it is freezing cold. Te result is a delicious, cooling treat. Amazing how the texture and flavors change when the spirit is “frozen.”
